Own HSF's presence on Upwork and Freelancer.com — source, bid, pitch, negotiate, and close video-production projects. 100% commission (10–15% of contract value), uncapped. Best for proven closers with a portfolio.

Own paid marketing end-to-end — Meta, Google, LinkedIn ads plus landing pages, funnels, and conversion optimisation. Compensation is 100% revenue-share — no cap on earnings, no fixed pay.
