Will the course be customised before launch, or after?

Before. Your logo, IC names, contact details, and company commitment statement are added to every slide and certificate during the 7-day onboarding. Your team sees a course that looks like it was made for them. Because it was.

What if my company has very specific industry concerns (hospital, finance, manufacturing)?

The course covers the law as it applies to every industry. For industry-specific scenarios (e.g., medical-specific PoSH situations for hospitals), we offer custom scenarios as an add-on. Most companies do not need this; the course's existing scenarios cover the common patterns.

What about regional languages? Many of our team members are not English-first.

The base course is in English. You can add a fully-dubbed regional language version for a flat ₹20,000 per language, no matter how many seats. Add two, three, or four depending on your team. Available in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi. Your team picks their language at sign-in; reports stay unified for the organiser.

What happens if the law changes mid-year?

We update the course content within 90 days of any material legal change. The Companies Rules 2025 disclosure is a perfect example — we updated all three tiers within 60 days of the rules going effective. Your team sees the updated content automatically. No re-purchase, no re-customisation fee.

Do we have to use your LMS?

No. The course is delivered SCORM-compliant and works on any LMS, including yours. If you do not have an LMS, we can host on ours at no additional cost.

What if our headcount grows mid-year past our pricing bracket?

You stay at your current rate for the rest of the contract year. At renewal, you move to the bracket that matches your headcount. We do not punish you for growing.

What does the live Q&A look like?

Three back-to-back one-hour sessions, scheduled exactly one month after course launch. One for employees, one for managers, one for the IC. Conducted on Zoom or your preferred platform by a certified PoSH trainer. Anonymous questions welcome. Recorded if your team wants the recording. One live cycle per year — we deliberately wait a month so your team has actually completed the course and is bringing real questions, not generic ones.

Why only one live session per year, and not weekly check-ins?

Because the course itself is built to teach, not just to play. Per module: video plus quiz. Per tier: a full summary PDF. Plus source documents seeded across the course. By the time your team meets the trainer, they have already done the work. A single, focused three-hour live cycle does more for understanding than weekly hand-holding does for compliance.

Can we book additional live sessions during the year?

Yes. The included three-hour cycle covers the bulk of need, but if you want a second cycle (e.g., for new joiners six months in), or a one-off focused session (e.g., an IC-only deep-dive after a tricky inquiry), we will arrange it. Pricing depends on format (one-hour vs three-hour, single audience vs all three) and is quoted at the time of request.

Are certificates audit-ready?

Yes. Every certificate carries the learner's name, your company name, the date, the course validity period, and your IC chairperson's signature line. Designed to be screenshot-friendly and audit-worthy.

Are payments refundable?

If for any reason you do not feel the course meets your needs within the first 30 days of go-live, we refund the full amount. No questions. We have not had a single refund request to date.
